Oral history interview with Michelle Garcia. Michelle Garcia served in the Ohio Army National Guard twice. She first enlisted in 1989 and belonged to the 112th Combat Engineer Unit on Engle Road in Brookpark, Ohio. Michelle then re-enlisted in 2016 and belonged to the 945th Engineer Company in Norwalk, Ohio.
