A Canadian Battle Dress Blouse, identified to the Royal Canadian Dental Corps (green and gold shoulder flashes), with Second World War medal ribbons (Canadian Volunteer Service Medal, and 1939-1945 War Medal). Battledress is complete with a silver maple leaf and 5 service chevrons on the right cuff.

The Battle Dress Blouse, often referred to as simply the Battledress, was the working and field uniform worn by Canadian, Commonwealth and Imperial forces from the late 1930s until the 1960s. Battledress was worn by officers and other ranks alike.
