British Bayonet, Pattern 1913, No 3 Mk 1. Steel blade with wooden hand grips.

Use

Used by British and Commonwealth forces on their infantry rifles, most commonly the Lee-Enfield.

Context

Widely used during the First World War. Made by Remington Firearms for Britain in 1917. Taken over by US on entry into the war in 1917. British marks were over stamped and the bayonet was restamped with US markings
