Howard Water Tower and tank house, one of the first in Los Altos Hills, located just off Robleda Road on property owned by Laura Bergener. Laura married Lt. Colonel John Howard after his wife died. Colonel Howard sold his home which was on part of the Bryne property and moved to the property on Robleda.
