A Christmas Festival was held on December 12 and 13, 1958, in the Los Gatos High School auditorium. The event was built around the play titled "Why the Chimes Rang," with music and dancers. Mrs. Margaret Chamberlin was the director. David Shuman and Cathy Easterbrook, pictured here, played the lead roles of Marco and Carlotta. Other participants included Leilani Johnson, Joey Clark, Ernest Tabscott, Joe Douris, Louise Hodges, Miller Bushway, Marcia Metcalf, Sid Myring, Carter Garland, Myra Lipset, Paul Santos, Marilyn Proctor, Don Dunfield, Oliver Owen, Dwayne Richards, John Cassady, Lance Gervin, and David DiGeronimo.
