Elizabeth Gansberger Macabee was Zephyr Macabee's wife and the mother of Raymond, Lucile and Roma. Elizabeth was a native of Germany who came to Los Gatos when she was about 5 years old , circa 1866, with her parents and siblings. Elizabeth and her sister Annie were in the dressmaking business in Los Gatos before they were married. Elizabeth married Zephyr in about 1900. Annie Gansburger married Fred Baker and also lived in Los Gatos. They had three children, Milton, Aleen, and Frederick. MAC040Collection
