These buildings housed the first retail store in Los Gatos, built in 1863 by Dr. W. S. McMurtry and J. Y. McMillan. The building was destroyed in the fire of 1891. The site, no. 27 to 35 East Main St., was later occupied by the Beckwith Building. HC056
