One of the private water companies in Los Gatos at the end of the 19th Century. Owned and operated by John Bean, Dr. Robert Gober, and D. C. Crummey, this site was one of three reservoirs of the Mountain Springs Water Co. One was at the end of Bean Avenue, one on Overlook property, and one on the Conroy tract east of Los Gatos. BA089
