This automobile, belonging to William E. Riker, is pictured in front of a building at Holy City. Riker purchased the land for his "utopia" in the Santa Cruz Mountains in 1918. He financed his endeavors by using the life savings of his followers. He was a bigamist and a zealot who believed in white supremacy. He died in 1969 at the age of 96.
