312 West Main Street. Dr John Rice, one of the town's first dentists, and his wife, Kittie, lived in this house for the first third of the 20th century. This home had one of the first bath tubs in town. The balustrades on the front porch were rescued from the former porch at the Lyndon Hotel, which was torn down in 1961. The remodeling of the house was done by Frank Laulainen. BA076
