E.L. Chase's Stationery and Music store was located on West Main Street "on the bridge" in the Montezuma block. In addition to his post cards and writing utensils, he advertises "Edison Phonographs and Records," and "Pianos & Organs Tuned and Repaired." In the display window can be seen sheet music for two Albert Von Tilzer songs, "Good Evening, Caroline," and "Smarty." These songs were published in 1908, the same year Von Tilzer wrote, "Take Me Out to the Ball Game." BDG032
