CUR060Description
This photograph of Paul E. Curtis, Sr. appeared in the December, 1928 issue of Cabinland magazine. Curtis was selling cabin sites in the new development. The entrance to Redwood Estates was well marked by a 15-foot high Dutch windmill. Electricity and telephone lines were available for each lot, and the roads were graveled and oiled. Various-sized lots were for sale, from $100 - $1,000, and plans for cottages, "bungalettes" and cabins were available. CUR060Collection
