Description

This is the original "Old Massol House," which sat near the corner of Massol and Saratoga Avenues. It was probably the home of Fen Massol, for whom the street is named. The house was acquired by F. H. Mc Cullough and later sold to Stevens Delos (Dean) Balch, who had it cut in two and moved across the street to be reconfigured into two separate cottages.
