JOHN B. LOCHNER 1974 -1975; 1979 - 1980 John B. Lochner was born in Webster, New York on December 30, 1928. He married Joan Frank in November of 1952 and arrived in Los Gatos in 1957 where their five children were born--Martin, Robin, Julie, Jeffrey, and Kelly. For many years, he was the owner and operator of John B. Lochner Formica Products in Los Gatos. He served on the Town Council from 1972 to 1980 and as mayor for two terms from 1974 to 1975 and 1979 to 1980. Lochner is semi-retired and spends a great deal of his time serving on the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America. PE243Collection
