Harley A. Hardinge House. Built [ca. 1887]. Hardinge was a political activist in town during the early part of the 20th century who voiced his opinions on prohibition and taxes. He lived in this house until the 1930s. Jean Montgomery operated her business, Montgomery Antiques, in this location after she purchased the building in 1948. Remodeled in 1995. The building was awarded a Bellringer II award in 1986. RES151Collection
