Coggleshall Mansion. Built in 1891 for Mary G. Coggleshall, a widow. The house was converted into a funeral parlor by E. E. Place in 1917, and became a Chart House restaurant in 1976. In the early part of the 21st century, a restaurant called Trevese occupied the downstairs portion of the house, while offices were maintained on the upper floor. In 2010 a new restaurant, Palacio, featuring high end Mexican food opened. RES174Collection
