RES222Description
The house originally built by Henry M. Frisbie on this lot in 1896 was completely destroyed in the 1989 earthquake. The footprint and exterior design were maintained upon reconstruction in 1993, but the interior was significantly modified. The owner in 1993 was MarLyn Rasmussen, who served on the Town Council from 1980-1984, and worked in the Town Clerk's office for 20 years. She registered the name "Naeplass Hoose," which is Gaelic and means "I will not leave here." The house was featured on the Los Gatos Museums Historic Homes Tour in 2006.
