Description

Built in 1895 by Harry Perrin for his bride, Theresa Clinkenbeard, and known as the "Honeymoon House" and the "Red Brick Castle"; the building has been utilized as a residence, a boarding house, and offices for several commercial businesses for over 100 years. The building was awarded a Bellringer plaque in 1976. In 1998 it was featured on the Museums of Los Gatos Historic Homes Tour. SEE ALSO: Historic Homes Tour programs. RES283
