This lot was part of the J. W. Lyndon Sub-Division, sold to G. D. Bordman and his wife, Lizzie in July 1882 for $300. in gold coin. The house was built some time in the next 3 years and sold to D. C. Belshee for $600. gold coin. The house is constructed almost entirely of redwood. The ornamentation included fish scale shingles, a roofed veranda with Victorian brackets, newell posts and a bay window. This house was declared a Bellringer in 1976. RES360Collection
