Its style and energy captured the spirit of the film so well that Struzan was brought back to create the posters for both sequels, forming a unified and memorable trilogy of images. The Art of Drew Struzan illustrates four unused concepts for the second installment in the series, including the piece here which depicts the DeLorean cars from the first two films, each with Marty behind the wheel. While the final Part II poster would not veer too far from the original, this piece offers a fascinating glimpse at what could have been.
