Star Wars: A New Hope (1977) Sideshow Collectibles Life-Size Light-Up Darth Vader ReplicaEntry/Object ID
CRPS6Description
A life-size, light-up replica of Darth Vader as seen in George Lucas' Star Wars: A New Hope. As the primary antagonist both of Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) and the Rebel Alliance writ large, Darth Vader (David Prowse) appeared in his signature intimidating all-black uniform throughout the film as he pursued Princess Leia Organa (Carrie Fisher) through a galaxy far, far away. This massive, officially-licensed replica of Vader in his signature jet-black costume was created to museum-quality standards by Sideshow Collectibles based directly on the production originals. Made of fiberglass and resin with metal components and polyester fabrics, it is inset with red and green LEDs in the chest and belt which illuminate when mounted to a custom-made display base designed to resemble the distinctive floors of the Death Star. Also included is the replica's original Sideshow Collectibles assembly instructions sheet. The base exhibits scuffing on its bottom from use. Dimensions: 31.5" x 80.5" x 12" (80 cm x 204.5 cm x 30.5) Contains electronics; see electronics notice in the Buyer's Guide.
