AWPS12Description
A concept art bible from Irvin Kershner's Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. Bibles such as this were used by production as a visual reference guide for character designs, settings, scenes, and other elements, including storyboard sketches. This bible consists of a three-ring vinyl binder with one department memo from production coordinator Miki Herman about returning recalled copies of concept art; one black-and-white photo of the crew in Norway; 51 pages of concept art prints with printed notes, and five hand-written notes denoting the concept art had been returned. The interior of the binder has a hand-marked "UK 1" label on the front cover. This lot exhibits tearing along the punched holes of the memo and discoloration throughout from age. Dimensions: 12" x 10.5" x 4" (30.5 cm x 26.75 cm x 10.25 cm)Type of Print
