Description

Star Wars ESB Stormtrooper 47-Back AFA 75 (Kenner, 1982). The Stormtrooper remains one of the most recognizable and enduring icons in the Star Wars galaxy, and Kenner's original sculpt saw multiple cardback releases across all three films. This 47-Back A version, issued in 1982 during the Empire Strikes Back run, features a promotional offer and bridges the classic trooper's original Star Wars debut with the continued evolution of Kenner's packaging during the early '80s. Graded AFA 75 Y-EX+/NM with subgrades of C75 B80 F80, this example presents with solid overall eye appeal. A foundational figure in any vintage Star Wars collection, the Stormtrooper continues to hold its place as a must-have for character completists, army builders, and fans of early ESB cardback variants.
