Description

Jones Store was, and still is, located near Beasore Meadow in Madera County. The meadow is named after an early Fresno and Madera County Cattle Grazer, John Beasore. Through the years, the store was inherited by a family friend, Tom Jones, Jr. and with his wife, Ella, they ran the store, a pack station, cabins and an camping area at Beasore during the summer.
