Description

Chicago Dick Neal, shown here in 1922, was a Chukchansi/Pohinichi Indian. He lived at Picayune Rancheria and had a son, Fred, who was Albino. A promoter took Chicago Dick and Fred to the Chicago World's Fair, then abandoned them near Philadelphia, PA. According to an interview in 1938, Chicago Dick states he and Fred had a hard time getting back to California.
