Fumigator-Possibly two chemicals would be mixed in the container and they would react to form a gas which would seep through the top. It could be used to fumigate for bugs and insects. a) top-green metal screw-on top. Cylinder in ring that screws on goes to top of top. There are holes around the top of the cylinder.
