Large metal pail with a handle on each side. Large dough hook inside turned by handle attached to the top of the pail. USA" The lid has an 8x2 opening for the handle to fit through. Embossed on the lid "PUT IN ALL LIQUIDS FIRST.THEN FLOUR TURN 3 MINUTES RAISE IN PAIL COVER WITH THIS WHEN RAISING AFTER RAISING TURN UNTIL DOUGH FORMS A BALL TAKE OFF CROSS- PIECE LIFT OUT DOUGH WITH KNEADER Dough hook has a black wooden handle on the top,butterfly lever to detach handle and another lever used to remove the hook from the pail.
