Threshing Caboose: This is a new caboose which is a replica of the ones used by threshing crews on the Prairies in the early 1900's. As the threshing outfits moved from farm to farm the cabooses were taken with them to provide sleeping accomodations for the workers. They were mounted on steel wheel wagons, constructed of lumber. This one is painted white.Collection
