Description

Bread dough was placed in the hutch to rise. The hutch was placed in a warm spot beside the stove or fireplace. When the dough has risen it was taken out and the top of the hutch was used as a table for working the dough. (original catalogue identifies two artifacts; a) hutch, b) lid, c) drawer)
