Description

White cotton with drawstring waist solid white cotton with overlay starting about halfway down petticoat - from top to bottom overlay consists of solid band, lace, band of eyelet lace, then a band of matching lace with wide ruffles at the bottom - there is a row of narrow lace covering the join.
