Russell Rooter Model #2 Hand Plow -- This is a hand help plow used for tearing up pavement; used in the City of Brandon (by Cumming & Dobbie). This plow was pulled by two D6 Caterpillars. This is the only equipment at that time the city used for ripping up pavement.
