The box is cardboard , the edge is covered in cloth and the lid is padded and covered in cloth and there is a flowery pattern on it, Inside has an oval shaped space for holding buttons and pins, There is also two squares that hold materials for sewing, then there is a strap under the top of the lid that also holds material, The items in the kit are measuring tape, snaps, green elastic, buttons and binding.
