Spool winding machine- This apparatus would be attached to a table or bench near the harness sewing machine, and is wound by turning a handle. There is a place where the spool would fit, and a small reel which would move the thread evenly back and forth across the spool. Made of black metal.Used with a harness mending machine- this machine threaded the spool that would fit onto the harness machine. This winder was used with a machine at the museum (191971.585.1a) which was also donated br Mr. Tinguely and Mr.Dupasquier.Cataloged By
