This folder contains eight items.
1. Brochure titled 'Empress of Britain to Europe' (1932?) - describes a cruise from Honolulu to Southhampton via the Panama Canal. Folds out to show a photograph of the S.S. Empress of Britain. Includes itinerary, a table of fares and details for those wishing to bring servants on the voyage. Cover in color.
2. Brochure titled 'Empress of Britain World Cruise' (1932) - advertises the 10th annual Canadian Pacific world cruise. Folds out to show a map of the voyage and a phtograph of the S.S. Empress of Britain. Also includes a comprehensive schedule of fares and itinerary. Cover in color.
3. Large booklet titled 'Empress of Britian World Cruise from New York Jan, 9, 1937' (1936) - Contains an intinerary, a schedule of fares, full details of shore excursions, descriptions of countries visited en route and many photographs. Also contains a lift-out booklet titled 'Shopping Around the World' which itself contains a chapter on dressing for the voyage, what to pack, etc. Color cover, three color within.
4. Apartment plan for the S.S. Empress of Britain (1938) - large format. Printed in color.
5.Large booklet titled 'Empress of Britain World Cruise from New York January 8, 1938' (1937) - Contains an intinerary, a schedule of fares, full details of shore excursions, descriptions of countries visited en route and many photographs. Contains a trifold fold-out panel, one side showing the Empress of Britain, the other showing a map of the voyage. Color cover, three color within.
6. Large brochure titled 'Empress of Britain 127-Day World Cruise (1938) - folds out to show a schedule of fares, then photographs and finally a broadside photograph of the S.S. Empress of Britain and a map of the voyage. Color cover, black-and-white photographs.
7. Large booklet titled 'Empress of Britain World Cruise from New York January 7 1939' (1938) - Contains an intinerary, a schedule of fares, full details of shore excursions, descriptions of countries visited en route and many photographs. Also includes a fold-out panel, and a lift-out brochure on what to wear. Color cover, three-colr within.
