-brandy or wine decanter with top pump and brass ring tray around middle above reservoir -maker's mark on bottom is Park Sherman Co. of Springfield, Ill Notes: The Park Sherman Company made mining supplies early on in the 1930's and later made other household items. The company was sold and moved to the east coast after 1959.
