Scope and Content

Three pamphlets describe the journey from the United Kingdom to Barbados and the Windward Isles. They describe the journey, the luggage, rooms, and amenities aboard each vessel available to the perspective travelers. Barbados is being shown as the perfect place to travel to for holiday, as it has holiday weather all year round. The pictures show men, women, and children all aboard the ships, showing that this is not an adult only or singles-only cruise. The rooms are also shown to be made for comfort during the long journey across the Atlantic.
