Dieppe, late 17th century, the upper outer face with circular equinoctial dial and central polar dial, upper inner face with latitude scale and pewter lunar volvelle, lower inner face with horizontal dial, printed paper compass rose, pewter elliptical hour scale, the base with inset pewter disc engraved with perpetual calendar square and calendar scale
