Scope and Content

The first item out of the two is an exciting, colorful pamphlet detailing the brand new Princess Carla party cruise ship. This new ship was being taken on it's maiden journey in the summer of 1969 and was certainly aimed toward a younger audience with cocktail parties, live music, dancing, and social activities aboard the new vessel. This cruise gave the opportunity to choose three days out of the summer from May to September, making sure that anyone could take a quick weekend vacation at affordable prices, with rooms as low as $95. The second item is a semi-detailed map and ship plan of rooms onboard the Princess Carla.
