Description

Color postcard showing seven PT-Boats in line at high speed. PT boats were built during WWI, the US Navy ordered PT I-PT8 from a British design, not accepted, PT 9 to PT20 was ordered but found to small. PT20 and on was successful during WWII Elcon built 385, Higgins built 199 and another small company built 18. It appears the picture shows all hulls with numbers less than 20 so they are pictures of the earlier hulls.
