The River Jordan flows roughly North to South through the Sea of Galilee and on to the Dead Sea. These rivers flow through Jordan, Israel and Palestine.
Shlomo Narinsky was born in Ukraine in 1885. He studied art in Moscow, Paris and Berlin before moving to Palestine and setting up a photography studio. Shlomo and his wife were exiled to Egypt in 1916 by Turkish rulers. They ended up returning to Israel, and Shlomo taught as a photography teacher. He died in 1960.Collection
