Pascal Sebah was a Turkish born photographer who worked in Constantinople in the late 19th century. He joined forces with French photographer Polycarpe Joaillier, the firm of Sebah and Joaillier was formed from this partnership. In the 1890s, they became the official photographer for the Sultan. Sebah later sold the business in 1908, after Joaillier returned to France.
