USS Quincy (CA-39), 1938 square, on royal blue felt with red letters (U.S.S.), goldenrod letters (Quincy) and goldenrod trim. Leather panel showing ship is stitched across center of square at widest point. Felt edges cut into strips for decorative effect. Blue dymo-tape label Is Scotch-Taped below ship. It states “The Cruiser USS Quincy, 1938”.
