Nelson Aerials - Auburn Heights Mansion at Yorklyn, DE (color corrected) This image is of Auburn Heights as it was in the late 1950s and early 1960s. The Auburn Valley Railroad roadbed is present but rails and ties are yet to be laid. The original rock garden is visible where the pond resides today and the railroad tunnel would not appear for another ten years. This slide allowed the slide set to be dated to the March-April 1960 time period.Photograph Details
