Pig-shaped tan leather cut-out key holder with metal button clasp and plastic black button head on back. One continuous piece of leather with metal connector between both pieces and embossed text reading: "NEW FROM ABBOTT ERYTHROCIN PIGGYBACK (erythromycin lactobionate for injection, USP) ONE-STEP INTERMITTENT THERAPY)" on front and embossed text reading: "and EES (erythromycin ethyisuccinate) all the way home" on the back
