Description

Small cylindrical ceramic apothecary jar with knobbed lid labeled in French, "Rouge d'Arabie" [Arabian red]. The front and back of the apothecary jars are decorated with elaborate floral designs. The lid has a yellow stripe and a green pine cone-shaped knob around its circumference. Part of a set of three: PCP.1940.1.75, PCP.1940.1.76, PCP.1940.1.77)
