Graphite over blue pencil on 12-field, 5-peghole animation paper
This drawing represents a later phase in the same animated sequence, showing Donald in mid-action as the gag develops. Numbered “135,” the sheet illustrates refinement of pose and timing across the sequence.
As a working production drawing, it was used to establish character motion rather than serve as a finished illustration. The expressive distortion of Donald’s body reflects animation practices common to Disney’s Golden Age shorts.
Condition: Fair to Good; general production wear, light edge wear, and age-related toning.Create Date
