"The 'Dude'" Train advertisement from Sunday August 26, 1906. The first train established in New England for those large stockholders in the Old Colony railroad who had summer homes on Cape Cod and such big business interests in Boston. The idea was for a faster train and comfort of the most luxurious passenger coaches ever built. Daily and occassional travelers include: Charles S. Hamiln, R. L. Barstow, A. G. Weeks, Theophilus Parsons, Mrs. George A. Nickerson, F. E. Bacon.Acquisition
