Hand-made postcard with Queen Alexanders favorite flower which was made by crippled and blind girls. Handwritten note explaining: "On "Alexandra Day" the fiftieth anniversary of the landing of Queen Alexandra in England, ten thousand ladies of high rank, nurses, and others were selling these hand-made flowers in London streets on June 26, 1912." It goes on to state the proceeds go to hospitals the Queen selects. This was for Mr. George Purrington.Collection
