Plan of the Homestead farm of William F. Tripp in Mattapiosett Neck formerly owned by Christopher Hammond and by his heirs conveyed to Weston and Braddock Robinson and descended by heirship to Deborah Robinson and by her conveyed to William F. Tripp. Containing 28 acres of bog or swamp, 16 acres of salt marsh, 3 ¾ acres of Brightman marsh bought by Tripp of Heirs of Henry Brightman, 41 acres of meadow, pasture and sillage land and 8 ¾ acres of woodland. In all 97 ½ acres. Surveyed by Noah Hammond in January 1889. Scale 20 rods to one inch. Laid out to John and Benjamin Hammond in 1713. Proprietor's Records Book 28, page 88. Division deed by do in 1717, book 12, page 168. Plymouth Registry of deed from Benjamin to his son Barzillai, August 22, 1741, book 27, page 29. Barzillai by will to his son Stafford Hammond, Probate records, Plymouth. Stafford by deed to his son Christoper, 1777, book 80, page 191, Plymouth Registry of Deeds.
