Plot of Reuben Dexter's Homestead. Woodland: 17 ¾ acres, pasture 6 acres, to Larnet Hall 1 ½, meadow land 2 1/8, house lot1/8 large, Abner Hall's lot 1/8 large (total 27 5/8 acres). On Roads to Rochester Center and Sippican (Marion). Surveyed and drawn by Ansel Weeks, January 1848 for Leonard Dexter, copied by Henry Taylor March 1880 for himself. 5 acres wood land set off to Susannah P. Dexter as her portion of all the wood land. Susannah P. Dexter's ¼ pasture sold to Charles Hall.
